We stayed at Ryan’s place for around 30 days due to a military PCS move while we were house hunting. This is a nice place for military families who need temporary lodging and something more comfortable than a hotel room especially if you have kids. His place was very clean when we arrived and check-in was very easy. Ryan’s place had all the cooking essentials you would need. It has three large beds and three nice TVs. You even have a washer and dryer to do laundry. Ryan was a very responsive host. He answered any questions quickly through the app. He accommodated us when we needed to extend our stay. Ryan’s place is a good place to stay if you’re looking for something more comfortable than a hotel room and you want to have all the comforts of home.

Stayed here for a Bct graduation and I highly recommend! It was a quick 15 minute drive down to fort sill so location was awesome. The place was very quiet, never heard the neighbors. Home smelled fresh and clean upon entry. Everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay was there as well. Offered many extra amenities on top of what is included as well. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here. Also was thoroughly impressed with the pristine condition of the mattresses and pillows. Ryan was awesome with response time. Extremely quick to reply, no matter the time and willing to help! We did have a small hiccup with an overbooking on my original booking at another one of Ryan’s properties and it was handled immediately with grace. So if you happen to have any issues rest assured they will be taken care of promptly! Very glad we ended up getting to stay at this gem of a place. Also really loved the minimalism of it, made it very easy to relax while having a busy toddler.

This stay was one of the best that I have had through AirBnB. The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Every surface was spotless and clean. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely come back to this exact location or another of Ryan's rentals again.
Ryan was also very responsive and accommodated a last minute early check-in with no hassle.

We booked two of Ryan’s apartments and they both were great. Plenty of space, the bedrooms were large. Ryan was very accommodating and attentive. It was such a great find in Elgin and it allowed us to all be close. I would absolutely book with Ryan again. He was an excellent host.
